Well… this morning we all woke up to the sound of rain hammering against the windows. All we could do was watch. I didn’t even go for a walk until gone 9am when we had a little ‘window’ during the downpour. We met Max my other Airedale friend during our short tour of the woods.

And then we discovered the leak!… right behind my basket, so it was moved and now I’m a poor displaced pooch who just wants to keep dry and warm.

But then the postman came and brought me a parcel. I opened it straight away. There was a familiar smell coming from it.

It was my Lakse Kronch treats from Holistic Pet Supplies!!!
Thanks Donna, you made a bored Airedale very happy!

We opened it and I tried a few bits. MMMMH! Lovely fishy crunchies.

How peculiar, I didn’t know this drawer comes out all the way.

It finally stopped raining this weekend and we went to Clumber for our Sunday morning walk. But, oh the puddles!!

I ended up with proper muddy boots and muzzle.

I found a great stick in the biggest puddle and pulled it out to get Pete to play with me.

But before he could get it I ran away with it – good game!

When we got home I had to have a footwash and get dried off.

I don’t like it very much but I was good and got my pigs ear.

This evening we had a little session in the garden with my favorite toy – a squeakerball. I can make it squeak loud and fast!

Then Pete and I played hide and chase! First Pete hid…

Then I did…

He couldn’t catch me though!

I ran circles round him.

Who is going to get the ball?

I’ll get it! I’ll bring it to you!

When we had finished I went for a refreshing drink in Freddie, Teddy and Jonathan’s pond.

(Freddie, Teddy and Jonathan are the three frogs living in my little pond. Little tip: Don’t eat frogs, they don’t taste very nice. I once tried to eat one and it made me feel sick!)
