<\/p>\nMum and I have been looking for new walks in our area. Mum’s friend Becky told us about this one. It’s not far from us but we have never been before. This is the path.<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
Right next to it is a river. It’s pretty big! I like to go for a drink and a paddle to cool me down. We’ve been having really warm weather.<\/p>\n
There are swans on the river.<\/p>\n Me and Mum are watching the swans. Some of them are nesting.<\/p>\n On the other side of the path are golden fields!<\/p>\n They are very big.<\/p>\n I like to go hunting in them.<\/p>\n Coming Mum!<\/p>\n It’s a great place and you can walk for miles! Mum says the best thing about it is that there is no noise, except for the geese, or flocks of swans flying overhead. We even saw a roe deer one morning!<\/p>\n I like to stalk and chase the geese.<\/p>\n That is so much fun!<\/p>\n We’ve found other walks too with sand hills, willow plantations and lots of lakes. It is a SSSI, a Site of Special Scientific Interest, and sometimes we see people with video cameras and things there. Mum is going to bring our camera for one of those walks soon too.
